The daily round
A full gallon is 20 kg. Your man lifts it forty times a day.
Carried by hand it is one bottle per trip — through the gate, up the stairs, in the heat. On the trolley it is four bottles in one push, strapped down, and he is still working properly at 4pm.
Three bottles roped to a bike and petrol burnt, or four strapped upright and walked to the gate. Same round, different cost.
Not only water
One flat steel base. Whatever the load is.
The base is a flat steel plate, not a hook or a basket, so anything with a flat bottom sits square on it. Tilt it onto the plate, strap it to the frame, and roll.
Loading trolley for shops and warehouses
Cartons, crates and sacks from the vehicle to the shelf, several at a time. Market rounds are where a bike costs the most and saves the least: start, stop, unload, start again. On the trolley the whole row of shops is one push.

Water bottle trolley for 19-litre gallons

Built for the repeat
Household trolleys are rated 30–50 kg. A daily commercial load bends them.
This one is mild steel from our own workshop in Lahore, rated 100 kg, and built for the same load every day: water rounds, cylinders, drink crates, shop stock, sacks and site material.
Imported trolleys use thin tube and plastic wheels. When they fail there is no part to replace — the whole thing is scrap. We keep spare parts. A wheel wears out after a year of daily rounds, you change the wheel and the frame keeps working.

The Roller Heavy Duty Loading Trolley is Rs 13,999 (regular price Rs 18,000) with free delivery anywhere in Pakistan. It ships on a Rs 1,000 booking, with Rs 12,999 to the courier on delivery. Pay in full online and it is Rs 13,299 (5% off).
How many 19-litre water bottles does it carry?
Four strapped on the plate, which is about 80 kg. The rating is 100 kg, so there is room left over for the rough patch outside the gate.
Can it carry a 45 kg commercial gas cylinder?
Yes. Stand the cylinder on the base plate, lean it back against the frame and strap it. Restaurants and cylinder dealers use it to move commercial cylinders from the vehicle to the kitchen.
Will it take cartons, crates and paint boxes?
Yes. The base is a flat 16 × 9.5 inch steel plate, so cartons, drink crates, paint boxes and sacks sit square on it. Stack them against the frame, strap them, and keep the total under 100 kg.
Why is there a Rs 1,000 booking?

Do you give a price for 5 or 10 trolleys?
Yes. Message 0301 0041321 on WhatsApp with the quantity and your city. We will send a quantity price, and an invoice if you need one for your books.
What if a wheel breaks after a year of daily use?
You change the wheel, not the trolley. We keep spare wheels and parts in stock. Frame and wheels carry a 3-month warranty.
Will it fit through a shop door and onto a loading rickshaw?
Yes. It is 50 inches tall, 17 inches deep, with a 16 × 9.5 inch base plate, so it passes a standard doorway and loads onto a Suzuki or rickshaw between sites.
Is this the same as the CarryEase?
No. The CarryEase is a 35 kg household trolley and costs far less. This is the 100 kg heavy duty loading trolley. If the load is under 35 kg and it is for home use, buy the CarryEase instead.
