At Roller.pk, we manufacture and deliver quality products directly to your doorstep. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed during business hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
  • Since Roller.pk is also the manufacturer, some products may require additional production or restocking time before dispatch.
  • If an item is out of stock or in production, we will inform you of the expected availability and delivery timeframe.

2. Dispatch & Courier Partner

  • Our primary courier partner is Blue-Ex, trusted for nationwide delivery.
  • Depending on your location, we may use alternative courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopard, M&P) to ensure faster delivery.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).
  • Remote areas: 7–10 working days.
  • For made-to-order or restocked products, delivery may take longer (up to 2–3 weeks). We will communicate timelines clearly before dispatch.

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to stock availability, production schedules, courier issues, strikes, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our direct control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the Site.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery will require additional charges.
  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, refuse to accept it and immediately contact our support team.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Roller.pk is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers, but we will assist you in filing claims where applicable.

7. International Buyers

  • Roller.pk currently functions as a catalogue only for international buyers. Direct international shipping is not available at this time.
  • For bulk orders and exports, terms will be handled separately through B2B agreements.
