What’s Covered

- All manufacturing faults (defects in material or workmanship)

- 99% of mechanical faults (wheels, frames, joints, handles, etc.) that occur during normal use within 90 days of purchase
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty
does not cover breakage or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or rough handling — as it is not possible to determine fault in such cases.
However, we care about long-term use. That’s why we provide
spare parts at a friction price so you can easily repair or replace components yourself without needing a full product replacement.
Warranty Claim Process

- Submit a Claim: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 90 days of purchase.

- Provide Details: Share your order number, clear photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description of the issue.

- Inspection & Approval: Our team will review your claim within 3–5 working days.

- If not covered: We’ll guide you on repair options and offer spare parts at friction prices.
If covered: We’ll repair or replace the faulty part/product at no cost.
Spare Parts Support
We keep spare parts for our products (wheels, joints, handles, etc.) available so customers can extend product life at minimum cost.
