Welcome to Roller.pk, operated by Roller & Co., Lahore, Pakistan (“Roller.pk”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website and services (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.


1) Who can use this Site

  • You must be 18+ or using the Site under a parent/guardian’s supervision.
  • We may refuse service, close accounts, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

2) Products, stock & manufacturing reality

  • We are a manufacturer. Some items are made-to-order or require restocking. Dispatch dates can shift based on production schedules and material availability.
  • Product photos are illustrative. Small differences in color/finish may occur.
  • We can discontinue products, change specs, or limit quantities without notice.

3) Orders & acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we confirm dispatch.
  • We can cancel or refuse any order (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete address/phone).
  • For high-value COD orders, we may require WhatsApp/phone confirmation. If you don’t confirm within the time stated, we’ll cancel.

4) Pricing, taxes & payments

  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated.
  • We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and any other method shown at checkout. We may add/remove methods anytime.
  • If a pricing or availability error is found, we may cancel or adjust the order before dispatch. You’ll be notified.

5) Shipping, delivery & risk

  • Primary courier: Blue-Ex. We may use alternatives (TCS, Leopard, M&P, etc.) when needed.
  • Standard ETA: 3–7 working days (major cities); 7–10 for remote areas. Made-to-order/restock items can take up to 2–3 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees.
  • You’re responsible for providing a correct, reachable address and phone. Re-delivery after failed attempts may incur charges.
  • Damage/shortage on delivery: Tell us within 48 hours with photos/video. We’ll coordinate with the courier.

6) Returns & exchanges (10 days)

  • Window: Request within 10 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging/tags.
  • Who pays courier:
    • Our mistake/defect → we pay return courier.
    • Change of mind (size/color/preference) → you pay return courier.
  • Resolution order: ExchangeStore Credit (valid 6 months)Refund (only if exchange/credit not possible).

7) Warranty (90 days)

  • Covers manufacturing and mechanical faults within 90 days of purchase under normal use.
  • Not covered: misuse, accidents, breakage. We do provide spare parts at friction prices to repair/replace components.
  • Claims via WhatsApp or as directed on our Warranty page. We inspect before approval.

8) Cancellations & changes

  • You can request order changes before dispatch. We’ll try, but it’s not guaranteed.
  • Made-to-order items: once production starts, no cancellation unless we agree in writing.

9) International buyers (catalogue only)

  • For now, we do not sell retail outside Pakistan. The Site also serves as a catalogue for B2B/wholesale/white-label. Export terms are handled via a separate agreement.

10) User accounts & content

  • Keep your login safe. You’re responsible for any activity under your account.
  • If you submit reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it on our Site and marketing (we may moderate or remove content at our discretion).

11) Promotions, vouchers & bundles

  • Promo codes/vouchers are single-use unless stated, and can’t be combined with other offers.
  • If you return items bought with a voucher, we refund actual paid amount minus any non-returnable benefits. We can modify or end promotions anytime.

12) After-sales: spare parts & repairs

  • We keep spare parts for common components (wheels, joints, handles, etc.) at friction prices. Availability varies by model. Installation guidance may be provided; any third-party repairs are at your risk.

13) Liability

  • Use products as intended and follow care/maintenance instructions.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of business, opportunity, data, or goodwill).

14) Third-party services & links

  • Courier tracking and external links are provided for convenience. We’re not responsible for third-party content, uptime, or policies.

15) Intellectual property

  • All text, images, designs, and logos on the Site belong to Roller & Co. or licensed partners. Don’t copy, resell, scrape, or misuse our IP.

16) Privacy

  • We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to those practices.

17) Changes to the Terms

  • We can update these Terms anytime. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Governing law & disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • We’ll try to resolve issues amicably. If not, the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
