How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Major cities: 3–7 working days. Remote areas: 7–10 working days. If an item is made-to-order or being restocked, dispatch can take longer (typically up to 2–3 weeks). We’ll notify you if extra manufacturing time applies.

What is your return and exchange policy?

10-day window from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging/tags.

  • If we’re at fault (wrong/defective item): we cover return courier.
  • Change of mind (size/color/preference): customer covers return courier.
  • Resolution order: Exchange → Store credit (6 months) → Refund (if exchange not possible). Refunds are processed 7–10 working days after inspection.

How do I change my shipping address?

Before dispatch: Contact us ASAP via WhatsApp/phone/email with your order number and the correct address—we’ll update it.

After dispatch: We’ll request a reroute with the courier, but it’s not guaranteed and may incur extra charges or delay.

How do I track the status of my order?

Use our Track Your Order page for order status. For courier movement, enter your Blue-Ex tracking number (shared in our “Shipped” email/SMS) to view live scans on the Blue-Ex portal.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Tell us immediately with your order number. If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. If it has shipped, we’ll try to reroute via Blue-Ex; if it returns to us due to a bad address or failed delivery, re-delivery charges will apply.

Do you ship to my country?

Retail shipping is currently Pakistan-only. For international B2B / wholesale / white-label inquiries, contact us and we’ll share export terms separately.

Will my items come in one package?

We try to consolidate items into one parcel. Orders with back-order or manufacturing items may ship separately to avoid delays; we’ll keep you posted. You won’t be charged extra unless specified at checkout.


Heads-up: Our primary courier is Blue-Ex. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by stock, manufacturing schedules, weather, or courier delays. All Roller.pk products carry a 90-day warranty on manufacturing & mechanical faults; breakage from misuse isn’t covered, but spare parts are available at friction prices.
