1. 7-Day Check Warranty
From the day you receive your order, you have 7 days to inspect the product.
- Manufacturing Defects: If there is a weld issue, a fabric tear, or a wheel malfunction, we will send a replacement free of cost.
- Change of Mind: If the product is fine but you decided it’s not for you, you can return it for a refund (minus shipping costs), provided it is unused and in original packaging.
2. The “Roller” Advantage: Spare Parts
Before you request a return for a minor issue, remember: We stock every single part. If a wheel gets damaged due to rough use after a few months, don’t throw the trolley away! Contact us, and we will ship you the spare part at a nominal cost. We build products to last a lifetime, not a season.
3. How to Start a Return/Exchange
To keep things fast and documented, we handle all returns via WhatsApp:
