2. Products & Orders
- All product images are for illustration purposes; slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur.
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Roller.pk reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.
- Orders may be cancelled if products are unavailable, payment is not authorized, or in cases of suspected fraud.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust invoices after notifying you.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via third-party courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days (depending on location). Remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
- Delays caused by strikes, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control, but we will support you in tracking your order.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
- Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy.

6. Liability & Use of Products

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- In case of disputes, parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
