Return & Exchange Policy


At Roller.pk, we want you to shop with confidence. While all our products go through strict quality checks, we understand that sometimes an item may not work out. That’s why we’ve kept our Return & Exchange Policy simple and fair.


1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to accept your request.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In its original packaging with tags/labels intact
  • Free from stains, scratches, or signs of use

⚠️ Items returned in used, altered, or incomplete condition will not be accepted.


3. Eligible & Non-Eligible Items

✅ Eligible: Regular products in original condition.
❌ Not Eligible:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Clearance/discounted products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, opened cosmetics)

4. Who Pays the Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was deliveredRoller.pk covers the return courier cost.
  • If the item is being returned due to change of mind (size, color, preference)Customer pays the courier cost.

5. Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

  • Exchange: Our first option is to replace your item with the same or a similar product.
  • Store Credit: If exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue a voucher (valid for 6 months).
  • Refunds: Only offered if exchange/store credit cannot be arranged. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

6. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Share your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

7. Restocking & Deductions

  • If packaging is missing or accessories are incomplete, a deduction may apply.
  • Roller.pk reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet policy conditions.
